Policies

Registration Policy:

Pre-Registration Deadline: To reserve a space in this course, please register as early as possible. Pre-registration discount rates apply until 12:00 noon CT three days before the program. 
Late Registration: $10.00 additional fee will be charged when registering after Pre-registration deadline or at the door (space permitting).
All registrations must be pre-paid: Payment must be included to process registration.

Cancelation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be received at least 72 business hours before the start of the event and registration refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail (office@spanishhorizons.net), fax (316-788-1831), or by U.S. mail (1855 S. Rock Road, Suite 129, Wichita, KS 67207) No refunds will be made for requests received after that time.
Please allow two weeks for processing. Registrants who cancel will not receive seminar materials.

If a seminar is canceled due to weather or participation a full refund will be given.  Any travel costs associated with the seminar are the responsibility of the participant.  Registered participants will be notified in case of cancelation by phone or email.  It is the responsibilty of any unregistered student wanting to attend to call and make sure the seminar is being held before the seminar day.
