In order to build your Hispanic clientele, you do not need to speak the entire Spanish language. You need to know targeted and practical phrases as well as have some cultural knowledge as to how they do business and make decisions. After this seminar, you will be able to preform the following skills at a basic level.

You will be able to to set up appointments, ask for documents, and ask for basic personal information.
A good example would be being able to minimize frustration by asking the Hispanic customer to bring the correct documentation for the first appointment and getting all the personal information, such as name, number and address.

You will be able to talk about quotes, rates and making payment schedules.
You will be able to show the Hispanic customers how your rates compare to other competitors.

You will be able to ask basic questions about Auto, Home, Rental, Life, and Health Insurance.
You will be able to explain various types of coverage in a very simple way, as well as make recommendations as to which coverage they need.
