Registration Policy

Registration for classes will be strictly on a first come, first serve basis. Class sizes are limited and therefore seats will only be available to the paid students. There will be no “reserved” seats for unpaid registrations.

Students who want to move to the next level during the same time slot, should make sure that they register and pay early because we have filled even small classes with outside registrations for intermediate levels.

 Students who have purchased a bundle package, will still need to confirm your seat in the next session.

An addtional fee of $10 will apply to any late registration made after the Wednesday before class begins if there is still space available.

 

Refund/Roll Over Policy

Refunds will be given until the Wednesday before the classes begin minus a $20.00 cancelation fee. No refunds will be given after the Wednesday before the classes begin due to reserving teacher time and classroom space.

These refund policies also apply to any bundle packages purchased but not used.

A student may roll over their unused classes with an additional fee of $5.00 per class rolled over.

 

Our Guarantee

If after attending the first session, the student is not satisfied with the class, a full refund will be given.

No refunds will be given after the beginning of the second class session.
